About Us

Story of a Female Therapist and Relationship Coach working with Men Only....

Before starting Men’s Mental Health Institute in 2019, We worked with Men and Women and discovered that both genders struggle with the same pains. We also noticed most of our clients were females, rarely ever male…

This confused us, do men just have less problems and want less love than women?

We just knew this can’t be true, love is a human survival instinct!

Our Story

Unveiling the Silent Struggle

Our Research

Revealing the Unspoken

We spent endless hours trying to figure out why we never hear the man’s side of the story…

What we found was ground-breaking…

We noticed the severity in negative feelings was higher in males than our female clients….

Women reached out earlier…while men don’t reach out for help unless life gets really bad…

This is because Men live in a world where it is a non-negotiable to be self-sufficient.. in control…

in powerful positions of status…

Society has taught Men that it is their obligation to struggle and suffer in silence…

Asking for help, doing therapy, telling someone you can’t attract a woman or prevent your wife from cheating on you… takes away your power as a man.

And even on the off chance Men were to ask for help..

You do not want to talk endlessly about emotions for someone’s pity party… If it’s not going to result in solutions or problems being fixed…

This Is Why We Created Men's Mental Health Institute

To get you the answers to your questions and find effective solutions to improve your life…

After working with 10,000+ hours with men...

We learned that men are in a silent war, but they See clearly… and Feel strongly….
Every man feels every inch of their body ache after noticing his wife, girlfriend or family change into a reality he can’t recognize anymore…
Having a healthy, beautiful family and loyal woman who genuinely cares for you gives a man higher status in life.
This is not something money can ever buy, but a war that requires your utmost courage to fight for.
Our no BS model of action-based therapy that focuses on building competency in skills and power, not just emotions.
We Believe In Ensuring The Stigma Of Asking For Help Is One That Results In A Net-Gain To Your Mental Health, Relationships And Purpose In Life.

Meet Christie

Hi, I'm Christie!

(MA)

I am a Relationship Coach and Behavioral Therapist.
Before starting the Men’s Mental Health Institute I worked with young adults (11-20+ years of age at the time) of abusive and dysfunctional families. This is where I first handedly experienced the impact our childhood has on future life predictions. I noticed young men and women respond to trauma in different ways, but young men always showed more signs of potential psychosis because our health and social systems weren’t favorable in giving young men the support they need to work through the specific struggles men need to go through.
My Journey as a Therapist has given me the honor to be part of many people’s dysfunctional romantic stories, life-altering changes, decisions and new found purpose in themselves. This honor and responsibility is the driving force behind my mission in life. I aim to guide individuals to realize and reach their full potential by guiding them to be the leaders and experts of their own lives and relationships. I focus on solutions directly centered in each person’s subjective experience, culture, religion, ethnic background and worldviews; with the mission to enrich them with their own capability to form healthier and more secure bonds within their social, familial and romantic relationships.

Intake Therapist

Patrycja Rembiszewska

I’ve always been driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Every interaction, no matter how brief, is an opportunity to uplift someone and leave a positive mark. I’ve been blessed with the ability to connect deeply with people, sparking conversations that truly matter. This gift eventually led me to dive into the world of psychology and the subconscious mind, where I earned my coaching certification.
Through my studies, I discovered the incredible power of neuroplasticity—the ability to rewire our beliefs and create lasting change. The life we live today doesn’t have to define our future. With the right guidance, we can transform our reality. Having gone through my own personal journey of rebuilding my life after a toxic relationship shattered my self-worth, I know firsthand that a 180-degree shift is possible. I believe anyone can experience this transformation with the right support.
Now, it’s my mission to empower others on their journey, helping them rediscover their strength and embrace their power to create change. It all starts with you.

Intake Therapist

Marriam Zareen

As an Intake Therapist at the Men’s Mental Health Institute, I have the unique privilege of being the first point of contact for clients beginning their journey toward better mental health. I see every conversation as an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, and it’s one of my greatest passions to connect with people, hear their stories, and help them feel understood and supported from the very first moment. I know that reaching out for help can be daunting, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to express themselves openly.

I believe that the right therapeutic match is crucial for effective healing and personal growth. That’s why I take the time to listen carefully, understand the unique challenges and goals each person brings, and connect them with the therapist best suited to their needs. I am committed to guiding clients toward the right support, ensuring they feel valued, empowered, and ready to take those steps toward positive change. For me, it’s not just about finding the right therapist; it’s about building a foundation of trust and hope that can set the tone for the entire therapeutic journey.

We've helped men from all around the world and walks of life. Our team of therapists has a vast understanding of masculine stereotypes and struggles. No matter what ethnicity, culture, religion, age or relationship status.
