About Us
Story of a Female Therapist and Relationship Coach working with Men Only....
Before starting Men’s Mental Health Institute in 2019, We worked with Men and Women and discovered that both genders struggle with the same pains. We also noticed most of our clients were females, rarely ever male…
This confused us, do men just have less problems and want less love than women?
We just knew this can’t be true, love is a human survival instinct!
Our Story
Unveiling the Silent Struggle
Our Research
Revealing the Unspoken
We spent endless hours trying to figure out why we never hear the man’s side of the story…
What we found was ground-breaking…
We noticed the severity in negative feelings was higher in males than our female clients….
Women reached out earlier…while men don’t reach out for help unless life gets really bad…
This is because Men live in a world where it is a non-negotiable to be self-sufficient.. in control…
in powerful positions of status…
- Stoic...
- Alpha...
- Masculine
Society has taught Men that it is their obligation to struggle and suffer in silence…
Asking for help, doing therapy, telling someone you can’t attract a woman or prevent your wife from cheating on you… takes away your power as a man.
And even on the off chance Men were to ask for help..
You do not want to talk endlessly about emotions for someone’s pity party… If it’s not going to result in solutions or problems being fixed…
This Is Why We Created Men's Mental Health Institute
After working with 10,000+ hours with men...

Intake Therapist
Marriam Zareen
As an Intake Therapist at the Men’s Mental Health Institute, I have the unique privilege of being the first point of contact for clients beginning their journey toward better mental health. I see every conversation as an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, and it’s one of my greatest passions to connect with people, hear their stories, and help them feel understood and supported from the very first moment. I know that reaching out for help can be daunting, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to express themselves openly.
I believe that the right therapeutic match is crucial for effective healing and personal growth. That’s why I take the time to listen carefully, understand the unique challenges and goals each person brings, and connect them with the therapist best suited to their needs. I am committed to guiding clients toward the right support, ensuring they feel valued, empowered, and ready to take those steps toward positive change. For me, it’s not just about finding the right therapist; it’s about building a foundation of trust and hope that can set the tone for the entire therapeutic journey.
