Her therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic values, diversity, and compassion, empowering individuals to reconnect with themselves and thrive in their relationships.

Areas of additional expertise:Attachment Theory: impacts of childhood trauma on relationship building across the lifespan. Identification and modification of behavioral patterns to improve relationship outcomes.

Couples: infidelity and relationship restoration.

Sex Therapy: deepening the understanding of both the mental and physical impacts of sexuality. Identification of challenges and strategy development to improve sexual health. As a medical professional, I also support my clients in understanding and assist in changing the challenges they may face such as erectile dysfunction, decreased libido and lack of sexual interest.

In my spare time I enjoy physical activity such as soccer, volleyball or golf. I have a strong passion for health and fitness so I often frequent the gym and find myself cooking new healthy versions of meals. I love music and travelling so I also tend to gravitate to those opportunities as much as possible.

We do not bill insurance providers directly; however, we offer superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Many of our clients have successfully received partial or full reimbursement depending on their individual insurance coverage. While eligibility varies, clients have reported success with a range of major providers across the U.S.
.
If you’d like to verify your benefits, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly and asking:
“What is my out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy or counselling with a Canadian based registered psychotherapist?”
