What happens on the intake call
The intake call is a real first session, not a sales pitch. Your therapist asks what brought you here, maps the patterns underneath it, and tells you honestly what an 8 to 12 week plan would look like. You decide at the end whether to continue. It runs by secure video, and you receive a receipt for insurance reimbursement.

Is the intake call refundable if I cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours the session fee applies, as with any therapy appointment.

Stefan for divorce, co-parenting, couples conflict, trauma and addiction; Terri for sex and intimacy, relationships and narcissistic abuse. Both work with general men’s mental health.
