About Ceilidh McLeod

I help men take meaningful, actionable steps toward lasting change. Whether you’re navigating grief, stress, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck and overwhelmed. My approach is grounded in the belief that small, intentional shifts in how we think, feel, and act can lead to powerful transformation. With a holistic, whole-person lens, I integrate evidence-based practices to support each client’s unique journey. I create a safe, supportive space where you can unpack your experiences without judgment, deepen emotional insight, and strengthen the inner tools needed to move forward with clarity and confidence. My passion for this work is rooted in personal experience. I’ve seen the far-reaching impact of addiction and mental health struggles, both in my own family and through years of working with military personnel and their families across the globe. These experiences have shown me that healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens in relationship, with ourselves, with others, and with the stories we carry. Whether you’re carrying the weight of responsibility, trying to manage emotions that don’t seem to make sense, or looking to reconnect with purpose, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, taking real steps toward the life you want to build. Outside of the therapy room, I recharge in nature, chase after my kids and dogs, and try to keep a sense of humour close by (the Scottish kind). To me, therapy isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about developing the strength to face life’s waves, with support at your side.
