Find the right therapist for your journey, set a rate that works for you, and take the first step toward meaningful change.

We are an out-of-network psychotherapy service, which means we do not bill insurance companies directly. However, many clients still receive partial reimbursement from their insurance plans or extended health benefits. Here’s what that means for you:

🇺🇸 FOR CLIENTS IN THE U.S.

You may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network coverage. Steps to take:

  1. Call your insurance provider and ask:
    • “Do I have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy?”
    • “Is there a deductible I need to meet first?”
    • “How much is reimbursed per session with a registered psychotherapist or mental health counselor?”
    • “Are virtual (telehealth) sessions covered?”
    • “What documentation do I need to submit for reimbursement?”
  2. Book your sessions with us normally and pay upfront.
  3. After each session or monthly, we’ll give you a Superbill (an official receipt) that includes:
    • Your therapist’s full name and license number
    • CPT codes (service codes used by insurance)
    • Session date, duration, and amount paid
  4. Submit this to your provider via their online portal or email/fax as instructed.

Therapy offers men a structured, confidential space to sort through emotional and relational challenges without judgment. Whether you're navigating stress, disconnection, anger, or difficulty expressing what you feel, therapy helps you develop clarity, emotional tools, and a deeper understanding of how past and present experiences shape your approach to life, work, and relationships.

You may benefit from therapy if you’re noticing patterns that don’t sit right with you, whether it’s shutting down during conflict, struggling to trust others, feeling emotionally numb, or carrying unresolved tension in your personal or professional life. If these patterns are impacting your peace of mind, relationships, or performance, therapy can help you get unstuck and move forward with more control and self-awareness.

"Therapy is typically delivered through one-on-one sessions with a licensed mental health professional. You’ll meet regularly, often weekly, to address goals that matter to you. For many men, the focus includes developing emotional regulation, improving communication, setting clear boundaries, understanding past relationship patterns, and finding healthier ways to deal with stress or conflict. Everything is customized to your specific challenges and values.

Most men start with individual sessions to get grounded and build trust. Depending on your goals and comfort level, group therapy may also be offered to help you sharpen your relational skills alongside other men who are working through similar challenges. Both formats have value, and your therapist will help you determine what’s best for you based on your needs and readiness.

Therapy is provided by licensed professionals such as Registered Psychotherapists, Social Workers, or Psychologists who are experienced in working with male clients. They understand the unique pressures men face, including emotional suppression, cultural expectations, and the challenge of navigating relationships or success without burning out. Clinicians follow strict professional standards and are trained in evidence-based approaches tailored to men’s lived experiences.

Fees depend on the therapist’s designation, session length, and location. Some offer sliding-scale rates based on income, and many services are reimbursable through private insurance plans. Because therapy is not typically covered by public healthcare in Canada, we’ll review all costs, receipts, and insurance questions with you beforehand so you know exactly what to expect, no guesswork, no surprises.
