Isabella Scaramuzza - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Welcome, I’m Isabella Scaramuzza, an emerging therapist with a strong foundation in trauma-informed, client-centered care. I specialize in supporting men through complex emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, and major life transitions.
I hold a Master of Science in Psychotherapy from McMaster University, along with specialized training in addictions and mental health. My clinical experience has given me a deep understanding of the pressures men face, particularly when it comes to emotional regulation, identity, and navigating relationships under stress.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and results-focused. Together, we work to define clear, personalized goals and develop practical tools you can apply in real life. I use an integrative framework grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
I focus on helping men:
- Improve emotional regulation and reduce anxiety
- Build healthier relationships and communication patterns
- Navigate identity challenges and life transitions
- Develop resilience and effective coping strategies
- Address patterns related to addiction and self-sabotage
My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly, without judgment, and feel supported while doing meaningful work. I believe that change is possible for every man, and that with the right structure and guidance, you can build clarity, confidence, and control in your life.
I also recognize that real growth is not linear. It often involves setbacks, self-reflection, and the willingness to face difficult patterns. You don’t have to navigate that process alone. My role is to support you with the perspective, tools, and accountability needed to move forward in a grounded and sustainable way.
If you are ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your mental health, and create lasting change, I invite you to book a consultation. It would be a privilege to support you in your journey toward clarity, resilience, and personal growth
